How should I dress?

Business casual attire is recommended to ensure you’re comfortable and ready to engage with fellow attendees and speakers. We also ask that you wear non marking shoes as we may spend some time on the court!

All seating is general admission and ticket pricing will be $649 + taxes.

What is the refund policy?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you are unable to attend the event for which you purchased a ticket, you may request an exchange for a comparable future Edge2Lead event, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Exchange Requests:
    • Requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the original event date.
    • Email your request to [email protected], including your name, order number, and the reason for your exchange.
  2. Availability of Comparable Events:
    • Exchanges are subject to the availability of similar events offered by Edge2Lead.
    • If no comparable events are available, the exchange cannot be processed.
  3. Event Selection:
    • The exchanged ticket will be valid only for a single event of equal or lesser value.
    • Additional fees may apply if you choose an event of higher value.
  4. Transferable:
    • Tickets are transferable to other individuals. Contact us 14 days in advance to process the name change.
