Refund/Return Policy

At Edge2Lead.com, we are committed to providing quality events and services. Please review our refund and return policies carefully:

Event Tickets

All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or failure to attend the event.

Ticket Exchanges

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you are unable to attend the event for which you purchased a ticket, you may request an exchange for a comparable future Edge2Lead event, subject to the following conditions:

1. Exchange Requests:
   • Requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the original event date.
   • Email your request to [email protected], including your name, order number, and the reason for your exchange.
2. Availability of Comparable Events:
   • Exchanges are subject to the availability of similar events offered by Edge2Lead.
   • If no comparable events are available, the exchange cannot be processed.
3. Event Selection:
   • The exchanged ticket will be valid only for a single event of equal or lesser value.
   • Additional fees may apply if you choose an event of higher value.
4. Non-Transferable:
   • Tickets are non-transferable to other individuals as part of the exchange process.

Cancellations or Rescheduling by Edge2Lead

In the unlikely event that Edge2Lead cancels or reschedules an event, you will be notified as soon as possible.

• Cancelled Events: A full credit will be issued for use toward any future Edge2Lead event.
• Rescheduled Events: Your ticket will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a credit for a future event.
